These Terms & Conditions apply to all psychic readings, coffee cup readings,and online psychic services provided by Psychic Deniz in Australia and worldwide.

Disclaimer – Psychic Readings

Psychic readings, including live video and recorded readings, are provided for personal insight, reflection and spiritual or intuitive guidance. Fees are charged for the time, preparation and delivery of the reading service and do not guarantee any particular prediction, outcome or result.

Readings are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Decisions and actions taken after a reading remain the client’s responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Health, Wellbeing & Personal Responsibility

If you feel mentally or physically vulnerable, distressed, or unwell, please do not book a psychic reading session.

All psychic readings and coffee cup readings provided by Psychic Deniz are offered as guidance only and are intended to support personal
insight and reflection.

Psychic readings do not replace professional medical, legal, or psychological advice. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Age Restrictions

All psychic services are strictly available to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Bookings & Payments

All appointment times are displayed in Sydney/Melbourne local time (AEST or AEDT, depending on daylight saving). Clients booking from other locations are responsible for checking the corresponding local time before confirming their appointment.

Changes, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Late changes and missed appointments may result in that time being unavailable to other clients and may also require additional administration and scheduling time.

Requests to change or reschedule an appointment with less than four days’ notice may incur an $80 rescheduling fee. This fee contributes to the loss associated with the reserved appointment time and the administrative work required to arrange a replacement appointment.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment are not automatically entitled to a replacement session at no additional cost. Any replacement appointment is subject to availability and the applicable rescheduling terms.

Where exceptional circumstances arise, Psychic Deniz may consider them on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy During a Session

If dissatisfaction is expressed within the first 5 minutes of a live psychic reading session, you may choose to discontinue the session and receive a full refund.

After the initial 5 minutes, refunds are not ordinarily provided simply because a client is dissatisfied with the content or outcome of a reading, as fees are charged for the time, preparation and delivery of the service.

If Psychic Deniz is unable to provide or continue the agreed service, an appropriate refund or other remedy will be provided.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy, Confidentiality & Copyright

Your psychic reading and any information you share with me are treated as private and confidential.

When you make a booking, I may receive and keep information such as your name, email address, phone number, booking details and any notes you choose to provide. Payment services such as PayPal or Stripe may also hold information connected with your payment in accordance with their own privacy policies. I do not receive or store your full credit or debit card details.

Your information is used only as reasonably necessary to manage your booking, communicate with you and provide the reading service. I do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where necessary for services involved in processing your booking or payment.

All readings, recordings and correspondence are provided for the client’s personal use only. Copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights remain with Psychic Deniz unless otherwise stated.

Respectful Communication & Conduct

Psychic Deniz is grateful to work with many respectful and genuine clients. All clients are expected to communicate respectfully at all times. Harassment, abusive language, or unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated.

Psychic reading fees reflect the time, experience, preparation and delivery of the service. Please review all prices and service details carefully before booking.

Children Policy

A strict no-children policy applies. Psychic readings are intended for adults only, and the presence of children may disrupt the session and affect the quality of the reading.

Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By booking or purchasing a psychic reading or online service, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review and agree to these Terms & Conditions, disclaimers and policies. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between yourself and Psychic Deniz.
